Keith Lutz, Board President
Keith is a founding member of CEDC and has served since as President since its founding in 2005. He is VP of Kleen Rite Corporation, one of the largest wholesale distributors of car wash equipment, replacement parts and supplies in the US. Keith serves on many additional boards in Columbia including the Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Columbia Education Foundation. Keith resides locally with his wife and 6 children.
Janice Nikoloff, Executive Director
Janice has served as the Executive Director of CEDC for over 6 years. She has worked in economic development and fundraising for nearly 20 years including work for the Governor's Response Team with the former PA Dept. of Commerce in Harrisburg. Janice has Masters Degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and resides in the area with her husband and her visiting college-aged children.
Jeff Seibert, vice president
Jeff Seibert is the Owner, Agent, and Broker of Associates Properties of Columbia since 1999. He is a founding member of CEDC and the current Vice President. Jeff was integral to the Turkey Hill Experience project.
Paul resch, board membeR
Paul has served on the CEDC Board since 2015. He is Director of the Bureau of Gaming Operations for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, a position he has held since 2008. As Director of Gaming Operations, his responsibilities include compliance auditing and the review of accounting and internal controls for Pennsylvania's 12 commercial casinos. Prior to joining the PGCB, he was a senior legislative staffer in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1998 to 2006. His public service career includes serving on Columbia Borough Council from 2002-2005, including two years as President. Paul has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Penn State University. He lives in Columbia, where he is active in many community organizations including CEDC, the Columbia Education Foundation, the Columbia Public Library, the Columbia Park Rangers and the Columbia Lions Club.
Tom Aslin, BOARD member
Tom Aslin has been a CEDC Board Member since 2016. He is Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Turkey Hill Dairy. Tom has been with Turkey Hill for 5 years and has served in general management and marketing leadership roles in several companies across the country including Nabisco, Ralston Purina, Borden, Pactiv, and Schwan Foods. Tom has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. He is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin but now resides in the Lancaster area.

Mike Martinelli has served on the CEDC Board since its inception. Mike graduated from West Chester State University. He is the owner of B&T Sportswear in Columbia and has over 30 years of experience working in the apparel industry.
Bill Kloidt, board member
William H “Bill” Kloidt, Jr. has served on the CEDC Board since its inception. He is a lifelong resident of Columbia. Bill has a Bachelor’s in Economics from Millersville University, and recently retired after 41 years as a branch manager and market leader in local banking. He is involved in various community volunteer organizations including CEDC, the Glatfelter Field Foundation, the Janson Foundation, the Old Columbia Public Grounds Company, the Columbia Health Care Foundation, the St Vincent de Paul Society, Columbia Catholic Housing for the Elderly, Inc., the Columbia Park Rangers and the William Lockard Trust. Bill is a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. He is married to his wife Donna and has two daughters.
Benjamin Gorman, Board Member
Benjamin Gorman has served on the CEDC Board for a year. He is the Vice President of Gorman Distributors, a wholesale distribution company specializing in vending supplies which is also a third generation family business started in 1963 that moved from Lancaster to Columbia in 2012. In response to the warm welcome from the Borough, Ben, his wife and two children moved to Columbia in 2015. He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserves, assigned to the 84thTraining Division. Deployed three times overseas to support Operation Iraqi Freedom 2005-2006, Operation New Dawn 2010-2011, Operation Enduring Freedom 2013-2014. He is the Spring Sports Coordinator and baseball coach at Our Lady of Angels School in Columbia.
Mike has served as the Treasurer of the CEDC Board for five years. He has been with Sager Swisher and Co., LLP since 1990, is the partner responsible for all governmental audits of the firm, manages the Company’s Columbia Office and has been employed in public accounting for over 30 years. Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College.
Chris has served on the CEDC Board for 5 years. He brought Rail Mechanical Services, a provider of complete locomotive, rail car and infrastructure services to Columbia and restored a remaining track of the Columbia and Reading Railway utilized for repair and storage of RMS projects. Chris resides locally with his wife and daughter.
