LOCAL BUSINESS LEADERS AND MEMBERS OF THE MINISTRY MEET WITH THE LANCASTER COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

Business Leaders and members of the Ministry of Columbia met and provided a “Meet and Greet” with the Lancaster County Community Foundation on Thursday August 28, 2025. 

LCCF President and CEO Sam Bressi and Tracy Cutler Executive VP met with: 

Reverend Martha Harris, Rector Saint Paul Episcopal Church and organizer of the “Meet & Greet” event.

Pastor Dave Powers, Presbyterian Church and the Dream Center.

Reverend Dr. Patricia McAllister, Mount Zion AME Church and President of the Stephen Smith Foundation.

Leo Lutz, Mayor of Columbia Borough and member of the PA Underground Railroad Museum Committee.

Mark Stewart, President of the PA Underground Railroad Museum and President of the Columbia Public Library.

Don Murphy, President of Cimarron Investments, President of the Merchant’s Association of Columbia, and a member of the PA Underground Railroad Museum committee.

Daisy Pagan, VP of the Merchant’s Association of Columbia, a member of the PA Underground Railroad Museum, and manager of Murphy’s Mercantile.

Kim Morrow, Saint Paul Episcopal Church Senior Warden and a member of Create Columbia.

Damien Scott, CPA and owner of Ledger Right Accounting Services, and Treasurer of the Columbia Economic Development Corporation.

Bill Kloidt, Executive Director of the Columbia Economic Development Corporation.

A tour of Downtown Columbia on Locust Street was conducted by Reverend Harris, and each member of the local contingent provide a brief narrative on what their particular organization is doing and their future plans to improve the quality of life in the borough, and also to thank Mr. Bressi and Ms. Cutler for coordinating donations into the borough to assist their programs.

Following the tour, Mr. Bressi and Ms. Cutler said they were very impressed with “how each organization is working together to ensure that as the business community thrives, the cultural scene expands, and the population grows, the gifts that these opportunities bring to Columbia will be shared with the support of your most marginalized and in-need neighbors”. Mr. Bressi further noted it is truly impressive to watch this happen, and that he hopes the Community Foundation can contribute to Columbia’s ongoing growth and development.
